Roadmap period: April 2026–March 2027

Core mission

Build a profitable decentralized ecosystem connecting custom AI agents, food security, global commerce, and community participation through M3Token.

The roadmap has three major goals:

  1. Bring M3 custom AI agents to market.
  2. Launch the M3 Food Security Initiative.
  3. Transition toward a fully tokenized and progressively decentralized ecosystem.

Phase 1: Foundation and launch

April–June 2026 — Completed

Theme: Establish the infrastructure

Key accomplishments:

  • Launched the M3Tokenized website.
  • Deployed M3Token on the Base network.
  • Established the official M3Token/USDC trading route.
  • Began growing online and Web3 communities.
  • Established relationships with strategic partners.
  • Developed the initial M3Tokenized brand and ecosystem vision.
  • Identified AI automation and food security as the first major business divisions.
  • Introduced the initial portfolio of AI-powered business services.

Tokenization milestones:

  • M3Token became the official ecosystem utility token.
  • Initial community wallets and token holders were established.
  • Early liquidity and trading access were introduced.
  • The token contract became the foundation for future payments, rewards, memberships, and governance.

Status: Completed

Phase 2: Custom AI agents go to market

July–September 2026 — Current phase

Theme: Convert technology and partnerships into customers

Products to launch:

  • AI Receptionist
  • AI Customer Support Agent
  • AI Email Assistant
  • AI Marketing Department
  • AI Knowledge Base
  • AI Analytics Dashboard
  • Managed AI Service
  • Custom industry-specific AI agents

Key activities:

  • Package every agent into clear setup and monthly subscription plans.
  • Select the AI Receptionist as the flagship entry product.
  • Create live demonstrations for each agent.
  • Recruit the first 10–25 paying business customers.
  • Launch a partner and reseller program.
  • Produce at least three customer case studies.
  • Add wallet connection and token verification to the website.
  • Establish customer onboarding, support, and performance reporting.
  • Build a custom-agent request form for businesses with specialized needs.

AI agent tokenization

M3Token can be used for:

  • Purchasing AI setup credits.
  • Receiving 10–15% discounts on eligible subscriptions.
  • Unlocking premium agents and advanced features.
  • Paying for additional agent usage.
  • Rewarding verified customer referrals.
  • Accessing early product releases.
  • Receiving preferred partner pricing.
  • Voting on which agent categories should be developed next.

Customers should still be permitted to pay in USD or USDC. M3Token should provide additional benefits without creating friction.

September targets

  • 25 paying customers
  • 10 active referral or reseller partners
  • $10,000–$20,000 in monthly recurring revenue
  • Seven commercially available AI solutions
  • 15% of eligible customers using M3Token benefits
  • Three published customer success stories

Phase 3: M3 Food Security Initiative

October–December 2026

Theme: Connect farms, buyers, distributors, and communities

The initiative should begin as a focused pilot—not an immediate global rollout.

Initial program

Launch an M3 farm-to-market network connecting:

  • Farmers and agricultural cooperatives
  • Food processors
  • Distributors and transportation partners
  • Restaurants and grocery stores
  • Schools and community organizations
  • Wholesale and institutional buyers

Key activities:

  • Select one pilot region in the northeastern United States.
  • Onboard 5–10 approved growers or suppliers.
  • Secure 3–5 recurring commercial buyers.
  • Develop standardized produce-order agreements.
  • Introduce digital purchase orders and delivery records.
  • Track product origin, quantity, inspection, shipment, and receipt.
  • Create a buyer portal for contract and bulk purchasing.
  • Develop long-term farm-to-store and farm-to-table agreements.
  • Prepare future connections with suppliers in South America, the Caribbean, and Africa.

Food-security tokenization

M3Token can support:

  • Membership access to the food marketplace.
  • Supplier listing and verification fees.
  • Buyer discounts and loyalty rewards.
  • Rewards for completed, verified deliveries.
  • Community voting on food-security pilot locations.
  • Access to aggregated purchasing opportunities.
  • Deposits for marketplace participation where legally appropriate.
  • Transparent charitable or community food-program contributions.

For actual produce purchases, payroll, transportation, and supplier payments, use USD or USDC initially. This protects participants from token volatility while M3Token supplies access, rewards, and coordination.

December targets

  • 10 approved producers or suppliers
  • Five recurring buyers
  • Three distribution or logistics relationships
  • At least two long-term purchasing agreements
  • First successful farm-to-market delivery
  • Public food-impact dashboard
  • $50,000 in pilot marketplace transactions

Phase 4: Tokenized ecosystem integration

January–February 2027

Theme: Connect AI, food, partners, and community

During this phase, M3Token evolves from a tradable asset into the connective layer of the entire M3 ecosystem.

Key activities:

  • Release the M3 customer and partner dashboard.
  • Combine AI subscriptions, service credits, rewards, and marketplace access.
  • Introduce token-gated membership levels.
  • Launch partner rewards based on completed business activity.
  • Publish an official ecosystem directory.
  • Introduce onchain receipts for qualifying transactions.
  • Publish treasury, liquidity, and token-allocation dashboards.
  • Establish a multisignature treasury.
  • Complete an independent smart-contract security review.
  • Publish token utility, risk, and governance documentation.

Proposed membership structure

Membership Qualification Principal benefits
Community Connect a wallet News, education and public opportunities
Builder Hold or use a defined token amount Service discounts and early agent access
Business Maintain an active subscription Premium AI tools and marketplace access
Partner Verified commercial participation Referral rewards, listings and co-marketing
Founding Partner Approved long-term commitment Strategic access and limited governance rights

Specific token thresholds should be established only after reviewing supply, liquidity, holder distribution, and average customer budgets.

Phase 5: Progressive decentralization

March 2027

Theme: Community participation with responsible controls

M3Tokenized should pursue progressive decentralization instead of surrendering operational control all at once.

Governance launch

Token holders or verified members could vote on:

  • New AI-agent categories.
  • Community education programs.
  • Food-security pilot locations.
  • Approved ecosystem grants.
  • Community marketing initiatives.
  • Partner and marketplace proposals.
  • Allocation of a defined community-development budget.

The community should not initially control:

  • Customer information
  • Company operating accounts
  • Legal and compliance decisions
  • Emergency cybersecurity actions
  • Employee or contractor payments
  • Confidential commercial contracts

Decentralization structure

A practical structure would include:

  • M3Tokenized company: develops products and manages commercial operations.
  • M3 ecosystem treasury: supports technology, partnerships, liquidity, and expansion.
  • Community council: reviews proposals and represents token holders.
  • Partner council: represents AI providers, farmers, buyers, and distributors.
  • Onchain governance: controls a limited, transparent community budget.
  • Independent security council: responds to contract and treasury emergencies.

March targets

  • Governance portal operational
  • Community constitution published
  • Treasury dashboard operational
  • First community vote completed
  • First ecosystem grant approved
  • 100 paying AI customers
  • 25 food-security partners
  • $50,000+ in combined monthly ecosystem revenue
  • 30% of customers actively using a token-powered benefit

Vesting recommendations

  • Founders and team: 36-month vesting with a 6–12-month initial lock.
  • Strategic partners: 24-month vesting tied to measurable deliverables.
  • Ecosystem development: released quarterly against published milestones.
  • Community rewards: distributed only for verified participation or purchases.
  • Food-security allocation: released against approved projects and documented outcomes.
  • Treasury: secured using a multisignature wallet.
  • Liquidity: managed through a published policy, not discretionary withdrawals.
